🚧 The Vewer Avenue Tunnel Update — August 2026 ⚠️ Important Safety Notice: The Park Avenue Tunnel is currently active and open to vehicular traffic . It is not a pedestrian space . Entering the tunnel on foot is strictly prohibited and extremely dangerous . The tunnel was closed for construction and rehabilitation between 2017 and late 2023, a period during which the graffiti documented in this post appeared. That window of access has now permanently closed . The artwork that once covered the walls has been painted over, and the tunnel is once again a busy thoroughfare for cars. 🚗 Do not attempt to visit, explore, or enter this tunnel. Trespassing on an active roadway is not only illegal but also life-threatening. The risks of entering a live traffic tunnel—including fast-moving vehicles, limited visibility, and lack of pedestrian infrastructure—are severe. With the explosion of NFT art online it was only time before someone brought it from the computer pixels into the real world with an awesome mural. This Brooklyn NFT mural wall showcases the premier NFTs that gave profound fame and monetary glory to artists all over the world. It took me some time to reach here but I was glad I came to marvel at this superb display of 2021's best moment in time.

Bridgeport Organ Company: From Music to Decay

As you drive along Interstate 95, you might catch a glimpse of the blown-out windows of the former Bridgeport Organ Company. This imposing structure, with its faded billboard, has stood vacant and abandoned for years. Inside, the scene is one of decay and disarray—dangling pipes, snack wrappers, empty alcohol bottles, spray cans, and collapsed floors. Signs of squatter activity, like overturned buckets used as chairs and sleeping bags spread across the wooden floors, were prevalent back in 2014. Despite its current state, the site has a rich history. The Bridgeport Organ Company once produced exquisite organs with ornate wooden cases. These instruments, standing six feet high and four feet wide, were prized pieces of furniture in family parlors before the advent of record players.   I was driving towards what used to be the Consumers Park Brewery when something caught my eye—the wooden gate doors of the old auto parts store were wide open. Someone had broken in. The building had been vacant for years, even as new construction surged all around it. Right next door, a fresh, modern structure had risen, but this place remained untouched—a relic of the past hollowed out and forgotten. I pulled over without hesitation. Abandoned Factory Z (Northeastern, USA)

Update : A full research write-up of International Silver Company's former Factory H boiler house .  This abandoned northeastern factory sits in the back of a quiet residential street surrounded by nature. Next to this two-story building remains another abandoned medical complex boarded up to the gills. Stay tuned for upcoming flicks. Getting into this building was quite hard. We hopped a perimeter fence in the middle of the morning just before a police car was sitting taking a quiet break or making their due diligence check on the property. This property is down the road at a current asbestos abatement medical hospital by the local town/state agency. Once on the property, it offers a mix of old machinery and pipework from this little factory which was probably much larger before residential developers took over.
