  With the explosion of NFT art online it was only time before someone brought it from the computer pixels into the real world with an awesome mural. This Brooklyn NFT mural wall showcases the premier NFTs that gave profound fame and monetary glory to artists all over the world. It took me some time to reach here but I was glad I came to marvel at this superb display of 2021's best moment in time.

Last week I had the opportunity to go out in the field to find interesting subjects to pixel shift using Sony's latest a7R series the a7R IV. Now I have come back with results and I have found that it can be done in dilapidated warehouses and other decaying buildings but during my pixel-peeping foray I found that the background was quite soft and muddy. I happen to believe this may due to the focusing area not being selected correctly or my Zeiss Batis 25mm is not as sharp as it touts to be which could be farthest from the truth. What had remained from the continuing demolition with the BQE highway in the background.   Consisting of a two-block complex this four-story 200 by 80-foot brick building featured end-gabled structures with a central transverse firewall and eight round-arched window bay openings. This storehouse was accompanied by a feed mill removed in 1904-1915 and a feed storage building also on the lot. A warehouse that once fueled New York City's four-legged transports throughout the area. The warehouse was established in 1886 as a storehouse for grain, feed, and hay processing which also included a feed mill. Approaching the Connecticut Castings Mill also known as the Stillmanville Mill there were about three vacant boats lined up on the pathway to the mill in various states of disrepair and conditions. From time to time I have found various forms of recreational vehicles at various mills across the Eastern seaboard. From old cars to aquatic vehicles, I have found at least one vehicle whether stripped down to its frame or fully left to rot like it was left a few months ago. Mills always have something sequestered within the old decaying spaces within its walls. I had fun with this shoot the other day. Learned quite a lot and found it quite challenging to find compositions and perspectives. Car photography is not my cup of tea but with some more work and more time with different colorful subjects I can definitely see loads of improvement.   One of Brooklyn's best-kept secrets or shall I say the most underdeveloped park in Brooklyn. Herein lies a small hidden cove home to an abandoned boat that has been permanently moored in this cove as far back as 2012. Will Ellis, AbandonedNYC's , writer and explorer, checked out this small waterfront way back in the day in 2014. In addition, Atlas Obscura also wrote a small undated piece on this abandoned vessel. A couple months ago, a generous low tide allowed me to get up close and personal with this wet bucket of metal, plastic, and seaweed. I've always had it on my ever-long and expanding list of locations to visit since I viewed it on Will Ellis' website years ago when I was giddy with excitement when I first started exploring as a hobby and now as a serious life endeavor.
